You can check your energy label through Zoek je energielabel. The results also show you how long the energy label is still valid. If you want to access your energy label, you can download it through “MijnOverheid”. You will find the energy label at the “Wonen” section.

How long it takes to receive your energy label, mostly depends on your agenda! The energy advisor can visit your house the same week, and you will receive the energy label in the days after the intake.

What do the letters A to G mean on the energy label?

The energy label shows the energy efficiency of a house. Do you have a house with energy label A (green), this means that you own a very energy efficient house. Energy label G (red) shows that the house is not very energy efficient in comparison to other houses. The energy label also notes potential energy-saving measures for a property.

The certificate must be issued by a certified advisor. Slimlabel is fully certified for registering energy labels for houses.
